Clez.net does not accept liability for the relevance, accuracy or completeness

occurred intentionally or through gross negligence. This refers to any loss, 
additional costs or damage of any kind suffered as a result of any use of 
any material in this web site.

but not limited to, the implied warranties fitness for a particular purpose are 
disclaimed. In no event shall the service provider (clez.net) be liable for any 
direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages

We do not allow being used as an automated backend or middleware for another 
service. It is not allowed to parse or disassemble any output of our servers 
for further reconstruction within any 3rd party service without prior digitally
signed permission.

Where you are invited to submit personal information (e-mail address,...)
the submission of this information is purely voluntarily. Clez.net expressly
declares that personal information submitted will not be passed on to third 
parties.

Note for system responsives: If you want your IP range excluded from being
accessible via clez.net, adjust your firewall to drop our packages or contact
us to update our exclusion list.

If any terms or conditions should be determined invalid by reason of the
relevant laws then the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full
effect.
